WhichMarathon helps UK runners pick their next half marathon or marathon in Europe, then plan the trip around it.

WhichMarathon is independent. Every race on the site is checked against the organiser's own website, and the quiz is built around the questions runners actually ask: when, how hard, how far to travel, and how much it costs.

How races are picked

Your answers rule out races at the wrong distance or time of year, then score the rest on race type, weather, crowd size, travel and budget. You always get your best match plus two alternatives.

Keeping it accurate

Race dates and entry rules change every year. We update the race list every six months, but always confirm details on the official race website before you book.
